Like, it’s better than the first but it’s still bad. 

To be honest, I kind of vibed with like the first half of this book but then it just went downhill. It fully repeats plot points from the first book, and then Elle just like is so happy to give up her life. For what? Some psycho? 

Writing was better but my god, the editing really needs another pass through.

Wow.

How an author can write a book so intense and gripping that you finish it in less than 24 hours.. there are no words.

Yes there could have been more details added. More of a storyline on how he won her trust over. Or how things ended with her mom. But honestly, it was still great without it.

Only read two books by this author but it is definitely just the beginning of a new obsession.
