This is a unique romance with elements of Egyptian deities. Bastet is such an interesting character and I love the development of hers and Ptah's relationship. This is a very engaging read that had me hooked. Overall their story is sweet, steamy, and exciting.

This is another great story in this series, what a sweet second chance story. I love Bastet, she is so interesting. She enjoys her life taking care of cats even though they do not necessarily know who she truly is. The humor in the book is perfect and works well in the plot. This story drew me in; it was definitely well thought out. I wanted to keep reading and see how Bastet’s and Ptah's relationship developed, but there is more to it with twist and interesting moments along the way. I enjoyed the time they spent together, It was so cute. I highly recommend you read this story. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
