There were some excellent moments of humor in here as well as a strong lesson in anti-capitalism. The characters were colorful yet somewhat shallow, and the ending felt like an afterthought. The ethical issue of a boss having sex with someone he supervises is completely glossed over.

A sort of nothing book. Easy and definitely funny but the plot was definitely lacking. Though I enjoyed the whole call centre concept and the business part of the novel, this was supposed to have romance. Though we were supposed to have the highly cliched but not always terrible plot of hatred, respect, friendship, love, I wasn't really convinced. It was all a bit rushed and when everything was hunky-dory at the end, I just didn't believe it.
So, fine writing, just a bit bleh.
