Started off pretty decently, but had to skim through the rest of the book.

Wacky, meta fun and possibly the best volume so far. This series always delivers a delightful range of cameos, and that trend does not stop here. Additionally, one of the central stories - laden with references to traditional RPG games - is just kind of amazing. Plus - Gwenpool meets the one character I've most waited for her to encounter, and it's just about everything I could have hoped for. Hijinks, hilarity, and heart - I love this series.

Postscript - the holiday special mashup was hit and miss over its relatively short span. Parts were still pretty great, parts were just kind of weird, and the Red Skull episode basically missed the mark entirely. But I've learned to only expect so much from guest writers and special episodes so, disregarding the faults of the holiday stories, this volume is pretty great.

I'm not a Deadpool comics fan. But Gwenpool surprises me pretty much every time and this book was no exception. Sure the Christmas story in the end was a lot weaker and had a lot less Gwenpool. But even it wasn't all bad. The writing and art are silly but in a working way. And Gwen taking charge on the dungeon crawl was actually pretty good. Heck the 4th wall conversation with Deadpool was even good. The side adventure with Hawkeye and Ghost Rider shouldn't have worked but it captured the spirit of both characters. Just a fun book.

This was a really fun volume, with vampires, undead, a wacked out Christmas issue and an issue where Gwen is stuck in a game. This issue also brings in a lot of other Marval characters. Really enjoyed this one.

Didn't enjoy this one as much as the other two. Felt like the team came together too easily after their break, and I found the "holiday special" a little too random... though yeah I like the idea of Pantsgiving!

Hrm... the intro of Deadpool was AWESOME. Inevitable and unexpected. So that was good. Maybe my beef with the holiday special was just that it interrupted the story at a cliffhanger. :P

Impatient for the next install.
