I aspire to Ernesto’s positivity, but I’m honestly the worry-wart Peter. Also, this graphic novel was even funnier than the first one. I laughed out loud several times. Who knew sloths could have such grand adventures?

I thought this was a lovely book. It would have been nice to have a map to show how far they travelled.

Random library grab, but it was really fun to read out loud to kids. We all had some chuckles!

Adorable! In this volume the sloths survive a hurricane only to find their tree destroyed. Since sloths can't survive without a home, they go off on an adventure to find a new, "great" tree. Peter and Ernesto use their individual skill sets to keep the sloths on track and safe from the various dangers of the jungle. I especially love the songs Ernesto sings to keep the sloths spirits up.

Super adorable! This is a great introduction to graphic novels. There is a ton of action and simple speech bubbles that move the story along.
