I won't be rating this as it was book for class.

It was an interesting read if you like psychology. He mixed his personal life story into facts and research which was very well done, but it wasn’t a stellar book. Fairly average but still an interesting read.

A few interesting points but mostly repetitive of things I already knew.

As is the case with many books like this, lots of great information, could have been 80 pages shorter. Too many sort of relevant anecdotes.

An interested and well-written book. It is very much the story of Kluger's own childhood and his enduring bond with his brothers. It seems to be a case of siblings rescuing each other and supporting each other through a traumatic childhood. Poignant story but do not expect to learn much about siblings in general.

Every parent should read this. I would also recommend this to people who have questions about their own sib or other family relationships.

This was much more than a book on birth order, which was all I expected. For me the best part was the power of shared experiences from childhood create very strong bonds and sibling relationships become closer again as we age. I look forward to that period. The book also gave me a few good ideas to foster healthy relationships between my children.

I wanted conclusions, and there weren't any. The book is part memoir, part anecdotal research. It was an interesting read, but ultimately kind of a frustrating one.
