Commits the faux pas of being bad, and the cardinal sin of being boring. 2 stars for giving the lead half a personality.
I would've rated it higher if the old ladies were knowingly setting them up. They were not. I think that's where this books fails me, because little moments like that with characters outside of the main couple are fun and bring life to books like these, which try to take themselves too seriously about a topic (romance) that is at it's heart, quite unserious.
