Volume 3
At this point i just need someone like mensab have sue.
🥺😭
I understood the plot. And the scenes and the caves and the whole forwarding and THI. I understood it all thankfully. (There was a lot of technicality-of how this world works-explained in this instalment.)
I enjoyed it and loved it as well but it was a bit slow as compared to the previous two.

Much faster pace than volumes one and two. I wished there was more time to breathe and explore the world. This felt frantic which was a massive time shift from the first part. I liked the idea of forwarding and the weirdness that came with that. There’s no longer any tension about
SpoilerCibo given that she’s died and come back and then there was the version of her from the other timeline, so even when she’s in danger I’m not worried at all bc I know some plot device will be entered to bring her back.
Some interesting concepts with Mensab and Sau, but overall not as strong as the first two volumes.

I. cannot. stop. reading. There's a lot here that only improves as the mystery and Nihei's refusal to clue you in continues deeper and deeper. Love this.
