Ok.

This book didn’t grab me as most of the stories by these authors usually do. I liked it and am looking forward to reading the series, though.

This was a great start to a new series for me. The chemistry between Aiden & Saige was hot even before they became a couple, so I knew I would be in for a steamy read! What I also got was a sweet story about two people who just clicked. I also appreciated the minimal angst in this story - it was nice to read about two people who acted like adults instead of acting like teenagers. Aiden & Saige were great characters that felt very real, and I loved the relationships they had with the people around them. I’m looking forward to reading more in this series!

It’s safe to say Piper Rayne can write just about anything- they write this sports romance with the same characteristic charm and finesse that we’ve come to love about their most cherished series. I simply loved this series debut- it gave me all my usual Piper Rayne swoons and smiles. Charming characters, sizzling chemistry, and light hearted fun- I may have a new favorite Piper Rayne series on my hands! Lucky 13 indeed!

This was cute. A bit formulaic and mention of family tensions but it wasn't really returned to. Also, I am all for a guy going from not wanting a relationship with anyone to really wanting it with one person, but I don't like when it isn't even acknowledged. Like shouldn't that give her some pause? Or shouldn't he acknowledge it at least in his thoughts, even if he doesnt hesitate. Idk this was a pleasant read and I will read the next one but I have a lot of favorite hockey teams to compare this to and it isn't kicking anyone off the top of the list.

This story had a lot of sweet a good dash of spice. I’m not a huge fan of contemporary romance(historical & paranormal are my jam), but this book snuck in and grabbed me. I now have a new series to devour, and I am delighted!

Awww. That's it. Thats summs the book. Aiden & Saige's story is a really sweet & good- feeling sport romance. The story is not feel forced, the chemistry between them is good, BUT it's a bit too sweet & easygoing for me. I missed some angst, drama or a twist in a story. It's came out a bit too perfect & sugarcoated.
Oh, and I'm gonna be pissed if there is no more Teddy ! She deserve her own story with or without Tweety. She is fun, feisty and big mouthed, she could have an interesting book.
