This may actually be one of the best short summaries of meditation around. It is best if you have read a little more about meditation, but it is a really great summary.

I like a more detailed approach. I will admit the description did say short. So no fault of the author I am simply saying would not recommend

This is my first read on spirituality or meditation. I find only the first page new. And all other pages were just one liners. This book could be in half or less of the pages. maybe I'll edit, because I don't know how much I'm going to be benefited from this.
Edit: Even though they look like one liners, It really has some deep meaning inside it!

This book was charming, inspirational and to the point. For best results, read outside while in the sunshine. You will learn this sitting quietly.
