What can i say; its just too cute. And A.A Milne was my childhood. I think its swell. Way better than the Russian version. Anyone complaining its not Winnie the Pooh just doesnt get it -

I'm really not sure why this is part of a Winne the Pooh set of books, other than the intended audience is about the same age and it's by the same author. Nice, lighthearted poetry.

I just don’t really get why this is part of the Winnie the Pooh collection when only Christopher Robin (mainly) features. Pooh is in one poem. Just a tad confused. I didn’t enjoy the poems really, to be quite honest, except the one about Pooh learning to except the way he looks.

I forgot that I had this in my Audible library, so I broke up my hefty reading with this collection of children's poems. It's charming and the narrator made it fun to listen to. A few of the poems confused me and didn't quite make sense, but overall, it's a cute collection :)

Okay... the disturbing factor is still here and maybe even made fun... because it rhymes 😃
What I mean is that as this is the first book of verses (it has verses!) and since I like poetry (if it's done right) I think that I quite enjoyed this book.

If I compare this to the two previous books, that weren't books of verses, then I'd say that I only liked the first two book more because they had all the characters like Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore etc. but this has mainly Christopher Robin and other people (Pooh or Edward Bear does make appearance tho!)

(P.S to myself - I have chosen markers with colours, that match the book covers, and I use those colours to highlight parts of the text! This one is blue💙)
