Enjoyable and quick read. Everything moved really fast but the book wasn't very long so it made sense. 

I liked Gorvor and how kind he was, he was surprisingly a gentleman, truly a good guy. I loved how gentle and nice he was to Dawn. I liked that Dawn was able to get over her prejudices and grew to love the community that loved her. 

I definitely learned some things... First book I've ever read with knotting in it and I had Google what that meant. Good smut scenes. 

The story made sense and it was compact but had everything it needed to.

Solidly entertaining, fast paced romantic fantasy with well done steam and a little tension in the plot (but not so much it made me anxious).  Gorvor and Dawn were a cute couple, flaws and ghosts of the past and all.

This book was a quick read.  The writing wasn't my favorite, and I think I will die if I ever see a

clit referred to as a pearl ever again

.  There was also an obsession with linen and leather in this book 😂.
