You can not beat alpha males and strong women and this book has both, there are great characters that you just love to know more about, attraction that can not be denied, action and leaves you wanting more! I can not wait to read the next book in this series as I am now addicted to them.

This is the second book in the series and while it can be read on its own they are better in order. This was such a good read I just loved Elise and Sean they were just so hot together but better than that they were both smart and worked really well together. With lots of action, this is a must-read.

This book was soooo good. I loved the fact that Elise was smart, strong, and tough. Everything she needed to keep Sean on his toes. I loved that Sean appreciated and embraced those qualities in Elise. They had great chemistry and steamy sex scenes.
The action in the book is just as entertaining as the relationships. Sean and Elise, Bo and Elise, Sean and his entire family, so much going on. The Knight family provides a few chuckles, and you get a strong sense of the love, loyalty, and family that flows throughout the book.
You also get great descriptions of the swamp, bayou, and other areas the Knight Ops men seem to travel. It feels like you are right there with them.
This one managed to reel you in with action hitting you at the very beginning, and it holds you to the last page. There is one thing I would have liked more detail about, and that is what Elise did to get herself out on trouble. That is minor because it doesn't take away from the story. Just my own little quirk.
I would definitely recommend this book. It is a standalone, so if you read it first, you will be fine. I do have to warn you that if you read this first, you will absolutely go back to read the first book.

I loved this story and can't wait for the next one. I want to visit that part of the USA and immerse myself in the culture.
This is Seth's story, his chance at promotion and discovering family is more important. His love interest Elise is one kick-arse woman. She's smart and independent and yet still feminine.
The plot was fast paced and I was totally glued to my kindle. Plenty of action and romance to please everyone.

This is my first read by Em Petrova about Knight brothers and I can say that I will look for her other books.
It is a captivating read that kept me long in the night until I finished it. I love to read books about strong female characters and strong man that will be there for his better half. The chemistry between them is wonderful and the steamy scenes were well written. All the twists and turns are making this book entertaining and will make you chuckle, sometimes will show you a level of sadness and keep you on the edge of the seat.
It is a captivating read that kept me long in the night until I finished it. I love to read books about strong female characters and strong man that will be there for his better half.
