This is one rocking feminist read! It’s a rare gem about gender politics, societal statements, secret societies and clever, hilarious wordplay. I loved it.

This book was great for a good dose of girl power everybody needs once in awhile. I loved the pranks and the storyline was well thought of but there wasn't enough. The book went off on heavy tangents that I miserably skipped over though they probably had important themes to the story. It was the end that made me really mad. The feminist cracking down what? It really made no sense
Spoiler why she wanted to get with Matthew. That is a seriously point loss for the feminists and woman powers of the world.
Overall the ending and Frankie's thoughts made me bored.

The secret society in the novel, The Loyal Order of the Basset Hounds, is a symbol of everything that frustrates Frankie. They are not scary, but they are exclusionary. This was an entertaining chronicle of the misdeeds of an underestimated young lady. I am all about the girl power! Although Frankie does not always do right, she is easy to like.

E. Lockhart creates a humorous narrative tone, clever misdeeds, and a sympathetic character with all normal struggles of being 15. Also, it is refreshing to read a book using third person point of view. A fun read, especially recommended for whip-smart, sneaky, underestimated teenage ladies.

Juggling too many books at once, this digital title expired before I could make significant headway. It wasn't engaging enough to inspire me to check it out again.

A reminder that boyfriends don't have to be the Love of your life. Be true to yourself and hope that someday someone will recognize the real you and not just the physical you.

frankie wants to belong to her private schools secret society only problem is it's for boys only; read how frankie ends up manipulating the whole society into doing her bidding.

It was really addictive! I loved Frankie. But I’m kinda disappointed because I felt like I expected a big plot twist or something and that didn’t happen. But the atmosphere of the book is amazing (loved the setting of this prestigious school). And of course, I loved the feminism of the book. A really good reading.
