Another great read by Mr Coben. Cannot wait for the rest of the series! Sooo gooooooood, I genuinely forgot what a TV was for the week I was reading it.
Still not sure where the 'If you loose you die' bit comes into the whole story, but as per usual a lovely little twist at the end for everybody - although a part of me thought there was 'something' not right, as in the Twist in my mind, was very close to what it actually was, thus it wasn't such a 'big' surprise for me. Regardless of that, great easy read. Nice and 'thrillery', always want to turn the page, and forget about sleep.

For fans of fast-paced writing, blurred morality, arrogant protagonists, murder, deception, secrets, and the super-toxic superrich.

Annoying: the infinite Myron Bolitar references (I haven't read a single Myron Bolitar novel).
Amusing/interesting: Coben is usually as PC as it gets, but this is quite the antithesis to that. Which makes it rather interesting. Also: while the content might --as is not unusual for the genre-- not be anything to write home about, the prose itself is not that bad --which is rather unusual for the genre. If this is the beginning of a new series, he's (they've --I'm assuming this is a team of writers now) got me hooked.

Not sure I like the Win character as much as Myron.Or maybe the story wasn't as interesting as others. I really don't know but this wasn't Harlan Coben's best.

Win is a state of the art suspense thriller, featuring one of the most interesting characters I have come across in a while, and plenty of laugh out loud moments. Performed by the excellent Steven Weber, who also narrated The Boy From the Woods, I recommend you put this one on your list ASAP!

This was not at all what I was expecting. Win was a good character in the Myron Bolitar series but I do not remember him being so pompous, arrogant, and shallow. I remember him being a bad ass vigilante who happened to have money. Too much of this story was spent on Win talking about how he only sleeps with SUPER HOT WOMEN and how rich he is. 🤮 Overall I found the whole thing incredibly boring.

The only saving grace, for me, was Steven Weber (aka Brian Hackett, from Wings!) narrating.
