I can see how this book appeals to 12 yo boys. Apparently I am also a 12 yo boy. I read this in a day, stayed up late qnd everything. I was only missing hiding under the blanket with a flashlight; I am in fact a grown ass woman and I do what I want.

Entretenida lectura que da comienzo a una extensa saga. El libro me ha gustado bastante más de lo que esperaba, siendo divertido y ligero de leer, a pesar de tener un inicio bastante lento. Seguiré con la saga próximamente.

Hot Take: Not my favorite. I found it bland and forgettable. I tried to reread it as an adult because I very stubbornly tried to get into it as a child. Child me and Adult me are of the same conviction and that is this book just ain't it for us.
