If only the authors spent as much time discussing physiology as they did trying to be funny...

This book was mostly annoying, but had some interesting information.

This is a pretty interesting book. It gives a quick overview of the various systems of the body in easy to understand terms with diagrams.

I wish it would have gone into more detail on mental health, but for overall health, it is an excellent book.

Waaaay too much chemistry for me in the beginning. I never liked chemistry. Recipes are ones I'd rarely use...the exercise segments were interesting, especially the visual of the muscles we usually work when we work out, and why those are not the right ones.

I appreciated the fact they are promoting laifestyle changes. I know that's the only way to make lasting changes.

Now, if I'd only stop reading it and start following it.

Not bad. I think it covers too wide of a base of information to be really 100% interesting. And how they love that baby aspirin. :)

A good start, but written for adults. Not too radical.
