except for her saying the R slur, the only thing that i disliked was timeline. it was a bit cut and paste but honestly you just get so captivated by her storytelling you don’t notice. seriously recommend listening to the audiobook, which is on youtube and narrated by her.

There were a few inconsistencies here and there but it's a good read. As Glee trash, I enjoyed every single morsel involving the show and its cast. Rivera wasn't self-deprecating, but she was honest about her negative traits. Like how she was deranged and addicted to drama when she still dated Big Sean and Mark Salling.
I cannot wait for her to fulfill her promise of writing a trashy tell-all when she's eighty five and doesn't give a fuck anymore. RIP. She was an amazing woman and mother.

Do I think that this is the most politically correct memoir? Absolutely not. But, considering it was released in 2016, I do believe that if Naya Rivera were still alive, there would be growth from thoughtless statements and assumptions. I adored Rivera's honest storytelling from everything from growing up as a child actress to starring on Glee and struggling to make ends meet before getting her big break. This memoir was handled with poise on controversial topics (aka L*a M*chele), as well as made me laugh, and also brought about heartbreak thinking about all the dreams Naya Rivera had for her future. Such a fun read overall!

There’s nothing I would change about this. What an incredible woman Naya was! Watching Nickayla, her sister, on YouTube and then reading this, makes me see things in a different light. I love how she wrote of things she was sorry for, and of others that she wasn’t. The list thing: very Capricorn of you Naya. I enjoyed this! So much to love about all this. So much…
Naya says she loved writing, and you can tell by how the book was written. Just amazing. Talented.
