(2.5 stars really) Molly is a twin, and a very anxious/obsessive person. She talks about both these things repeatedly and at length in a first person narrative (yes, there's kind of a reason given for this slightly repetitive narration choice, but it still makes for a bit of a tedious narrative voice. Possibly this was worse in audio form.). Her twin sister is killed, and Molly feels compelled to investigate her death. The investigation goes through various twists and turns, some extreeeemly ludicrous but you know, that's the way thrillers go.

4/5. I had some issues with the high level of drama that accompanied some of the twists, but this still ended up working for me in the end.

It’s a slow burn with a surprising plot twist. Not like his earlier book The Last Thing to Burn, but this is also a propulsive read.
Molly and Katie are identical twins. When her sister is found dead in her NYC apartment, Molly Raven is compelled to leave the safety of her life in London and fly out to to a city she’s never been to find out what happened to her sister. Shockingly, the more she digs, the more she realizes the mysterious, complicated, and potentially dangerous life her sister lived

It was a little slow to start but around page 200 it kept twisting and turning. I did not expect the ending at all!
