A short story about a woman who lives in a smaller camper and travels around, visiting cool places like Quartzite, Arizona. Why is Jess traveling around like this? Her life has fallen apart. And I'm not going to give many details on this (as it is a short story) but let's just say she's healing from a lot of traumatic loss. Traveling is helping her. But there are people in her life that she does need to meet up with again to fix things -- and that begins to happen here in this story.

Short, yet great.

This was an excellent short story! The story centers around Jess – a woman who has been hurt and betrayed. As her life starts falling apart, she seeks a new start by taking to the road. In taking to the road, she slowly begins to breathe again. This is a story of healing, redemption, and second chances. It also explores themes of community and new found family. It is such a powerful and emotional read and the author manages to pack a lot of depth into a very short amount of pages. The writing is seamless and magnificent!

This book was a nice break from what I usually read, and while I didn’t love it or hate it, it was easy to read and made me think.

short sweet but totally worth the read

This short story had so much within its pages. Loss, heart break, healing, finding oneself etc. I actually really liked it.
