Olivia is such a gift to the world. One of my favorite fictional characters and always hilarious. I think her Christmas book is one of the best/funniest. I love her and this book.

I have not been a huge fan of Olivia in the past, but this book made my laugh out loud. I think my 10-year-old appreciated the humor more than my 5-year-old, but both liked it.

December 2016 - I think we read this last year, but it didn't make an impression on Ben. This time he loved it - watching out the window, looking for Santa, cutting the top off the tree, having trouble falling asleep. For whatever reason, Olivia's baby brother receiving booties for Christmas sent him into hysterical laughter.

Another great "Olivia" book! The kids really enjoy the puking little brother. Olivia helps her mother with lots of tasks to prepare for Christmas.

Another fantastic and creative Olivia tale/tail, perfect to read while warming your “trotters” by the fire.

Another delightful book about Olivia and her family. As with the first, I absolutely love the illustrations. The quick humor, Olivia's joie de vivre, and her facial expressions made me laugh out loud a few times. Just adorable and fun.

This is a great holiday book for all ages - it's simple enough to keep our 1-year-old engaged, snarky enough to entertain our 11-year-old, and funny enough to make my husband and I laugh. We read it this year for the first time as part of our Books for Advent Calendar and we're keeping this one in the mix for next year.
