This is the TransMythology I have been praying for! The Queer Panthean has arrived in our realm, and they are magnificent. Lupus conveys their story with mirth and reverence, in mundane factual details and in well-crafted verse. The story of Panpsyche (MTF), Panhyle (FTM), Paneros (metagender), and Pancrates (pangender) is profound, intense, hilarious, sexy, poignant and triumphant.

While there is enough material in here to form a devotional practice, Lupus invites—nay, entreats!—others to create their own art, poetry, prayers and practices. As e says in the introduction, "I would love to see diversity, plurality, and great wondrous variety in how people speak of [the Tetrad], show them, sing of them, and so forth. While my work on them may be the 'earliest' chronologically, I do not want what I write on them to be the 'last word' by any means."

Anyone interested in exploring the crossroads of deity and gender will find something of value in this book. Sexual and gender non-conformists will find here spiritual archetypes which reflect our experience on earth. All hail the Tetrad!
