Had a rough time making it through this book. The dialogue and characters were all pretty basic and the plot was okay but none of it felt well developed. I wasn’t invested in many of them.

Read this one for one of my book clubs. After discussing it with the group, liked it even more. It really has a lot to say about relationships, family, love, prejudice, small towns, hopes, dreams, and life in general. I will definitely read more by this author.
