Okay so it’s like an adult, steamy and dark version of Twilight but totally different.... if that makes any sense.

I do enjoy Fantasy but it’s far from my favorite genre of romance. Even though I enjoy it, it bores me.

It's a spicy fantasy novel, let's be clear. Out of all the books in the series this is one of the best because everything is so fresh and new and exciting. 

I will say though this author uses a lot of modern/colloquial language that kind of takes away from the vibe of the book because it's so not what you would expect the characters to say. The writing style and word choice could use some work to make it feel more authentic, and less like just a smutty vampire novel 😂 this is the popcorn novel you read on a flight on vacation, not a life changing/groundbreaking story that blows your mind.
