okay.. this book had me hooked for the first 50-60% of it, after that i was cringing every other page and i was just simply tired of it & wanted to be done. it wasn’t necessarily bad but it wasn’t good either.

This was a PERFECT love triangle trope that didn’t have animosity or pick me energy AT ALL!! Sure we had our classic alpha character but it was all don’t so respectfully!! I found myself soooo heartbroken because I knew eventually she’d choose one but also wanted the best for both guys so bad!! It was a great mix of tension with fluffy cute stuff all over!! A great great read!!

I struggled through the beginning of the book, the writing felt a bit choppy and it was kind of hard
To connect with the characters for me, but that changed about halfway-75% through the book for me. I’m interested to see where Amanda takes us next!

I was gifted an arc for this book and it was a great read! Definitely a slow burn and I struggled getting into it in the beginning but loved the overall story!

It was a good read, I would recommend!
I enjoyed the exploration of Marlie and Zander's relationship - whilst she was being silly with her decisions, I could definitely connect.
The build up to Marlie and Chain was good but somewhat long. Once they got together the next bit felt a bit rushed. Good amount of spice but unfortunately not my kind of spice!
