J Bree has created a world that I never want to leave and thankfully, after Hannaford I have plenty of other places to go with Avery and Illi. But first, I need to finish the story of Lips and her boys and I'm a little bit excited to continue.

I couldn't do it. I love J Bree usually, and the bonds that tie series will be one of my favourites (still eagerly waiting for the next one), but I couldn't get past the issues that this series had.
I know, Lips is now 17, not 15, but I just couldn't get behind how everyone fears her and she's this badass character. I normally don't mind the 'she's so hot everyone wants her' trope, and this is a RH so there's lots of that but, everyone wants her? *everyone*????
I found that normally I can get past the things that make a story for me unrealistic, but that's because I read fantasy so, I can get behind just about anything. This series though, is not fantasy, so I had a harder time believing what went on.
I think I read that much because I was hoping for the steamy scenes I was promised but half of book 3 and we still had only had one super hot scene? Even I can't do that much slow burn.
I'm sorry! I will happily wait for BTT coming out this month though!

Love it!!
It keeps getting better and better. The story continues with Lips and her crew. As with the others, it ends on a cliffhanger. Can’t wait to read book 4!

Fun as hell read. *SPICIER* but still subdued due to age and relationship building. In love with The Butcher... like IN LOVE. Need to see a therapist for how much I drool over him. Had a twist in it that was fun!
