I love the illustrations and bits of song throughout the book .

I also think the different sized font gives more effect and makes the story and characters come to life.

I liked pg 21 where it just say 'pause story' which is so unexpected and makes the book feel interactive in a way.

I like the last line in chapter 1 as it funny, I like how this book breaks the fourth wall and that the character are talking directly to you in parts.I also enjoyed chapter 6 and the wishes as it was so indepth and magical.

I like that we get to meet new character like Mr Payne and Sub zero.
I really liked pg 94 about the Christmas tree that grows beans as it feels magical and special.
I like that anxious tension is built when Brenda is telling William to follower her in to the forbbiddern den. This builds suspense the deeper they go into the den until they find the Winter Witch and the pace changes.

I liked chapters 11 and 12 as it explained the prologue and you got to see into William's past and got to see the vision of his mum. I also like that chapter 12 had references to back to the future.

In chapter 13, Santa was not allowing William to say what he had seen in the future. As well as getting to meet Brenda's dad who is someone we have already met.

I like the chapters where they change point of view, such as chapter 21 was Santa and other chapters from Brenda's point of view, like when she is at her dad's were things don't go to well as he finds out about the bean and now has an idea.I liked that the reader also got to see the unexpected consequences of Mr Payne on Santa.

I enjoyed that you got to see how Mr Payne made his plan come true and how popular it is. I found the reference to a news reporter called Piers funny.

I liked that the reader got to see the consequences of Mr Payne's bean and how the wishes have turned out and how this is the start of what William had seen in the future.

I like how Brenda risked herself by drinking the Winter Witch's potion in chapter 25 which shows that she cares about William and does want to change her ways. I also like this happens again but with the Christmasaurus and William to try and fix the christmas disaster.
The end of chapter 27 is so heartwarming that William's wish came true.

Chapter 28 is so magical for William as he meets with his mum and sees her life just before meeting his dad.

I also liked the end chapter as the reader find out that Brenda was the Winter Witch and has been for years and that William saved Brenda by saying she was his sister, showing how much he cares for her and without this the future of no christmas would become reality.  However the most important part of the last chapter was getting to see Mr Payne get arrested.
