The twist was pretty clear coming up but I feel like in general the last few chapters were actually very well written which still made it engaging despite the predictability. It reminds me a LOT of the second knives out movie but overall a good quick read.

While I found myself constantly coming back to this, not being able to put it down, I found the writing style to be nonsensical. It switches from 1st person to 3rd person in the same paragraph, confusing the reader. At some parts, I had no idea what was happening.

The book you think you're going to get going in is absolutely not the book delivered, but it's a wild ride. Nothing you can't see coming, but if you love dark themes with terrible people who are wildly unpredictable narrators, then this might be the book for you.
