I literally cannot wait to read the rest of this series!! I think this book was my absolute favorite as the found family trope was SO strong. The suriel truly broke my heart and while it’s still f*ck Tamlin I appreciate what SJM did with the character development in this book. Nesta and Elain are so powerful literally the baddest bitches ever and oh my god MOR I LITERALLY CANNOT. I LOVE MOR SO MUCH. Her story broke my heart into a thousand pieces. The surrounding characters in this book are so amazingly written and bring so much to this story that I love and admire so so so much.

I MADE myself go slower with this book, to let it sink in because I had read the first two so quickly. I lasted a bit but every time I read I lose chunks of time and then when I'm away from the book I wonder what's going to happen next. It's a vicious cycle, you know?

If you're on book 3, you know the history already, you're either loving this series or you're done with it by now.

Sarah has a gorgeous way of describing things where I can see them, and making me fall in love with characters that aren't real and then being disappointed that they aren't real. lol
This book was a true adventure. I realized how far we had come from the beginning of book 3 to the end of it and how it was left. I'm hooked to say the least and am enjoying the ride!
