Liked this at first blush, but became less and less excited about it as it went on. Like that the cheeky sense of humor and globe-trotting have transferred here from 'Grayson', but Raptor toes the line of being too big.

Richard/Ric/Dick might be starting to get his memory back (although he's going to struggle false memories from the Court's brainwashing), there's the lingering implication that the Court of Owls arc is far from over, and the final moments with Bea were unspeakably sweet. An excellent issue!
