I devoured the first two books of this series so I had to come back for the third as well. This was the last book and it was definitely a wild ride it was an intense read but still enjoyable and a phenomenal read.

I loved this series so much! I wish I could have more lol. While Alexander irritated the heck out of me in the first two books I guess he had a point in it all. My one gripe with War Queen specifically is that I wish we got more at the end of the battle and less of Norah grieving.
I'm sorry, this probably seems insensitive but I only found myself getting irritated with her decisions after a while and by the end I just wanted more. Oddly I felt like she got over her grandmother rather quickly while most of the book was spent going on about Alexander. She loved him, I get it. It certainly showed her struggles and her growth even if I got bored of it, the author's intentions showed and I don't see it as a fault. Definitely doesn't make the book any less enjoyable.
I laughed, my husband even asked me if I was laughing at the book lol, and I teared up multiple times. I know it's a trilogy but I would not mind a short 4th book, like hey look at them now. Tbh I just want more and I'm sad that I finished it.
