For me, it is not nearly as good as book 1, mostly because I hated Jessica for most of this. Her attitude and keeping Jacob from Alex pissed me off. And she acted like he was in the wrong to be angry! Ugh! She was annoying. And Alex had to get his head out of his ass!!!! I love all the babies in this. That made me happy! I also adore Joseph and Katherine. They really are the best parts of the book. Lucas and Amy are so sweet 💜 their relationship is amazing! I do look forward to Mark's story! The more stubborn they are the harder they fall

What happens?
After a night of sex Jessica ends up pregnant. Instead of telling the father of her child Alex, she hides the pregnancy and refuses to tell the name to her family. Alex's father puts two and two together and realises what she has done and so tells Alex that its his child. He demands he gets to be in both of their lives and spends his time convincing her she should be married to him.
Final thoughts
I just don't feel hes in love with her. He is always so clinical and there is no love build up. Its just kind of there suddenly.

Crappy sequel. Seems exactly like the first. The saving grace is the fact that there's a baby.

DNF. Really? Really? I know this book was released in 2011 - but even then I would like to think that women were a little more out-spoken ( please note... sarcasm. ). I am utterly confused by this tale... I truly loved the premise of the series. Father decides his 3 erstwhile sons need wives and he will sort it. However, Melody Anne did not do this justice. Why oh why the 'h' allowed herself to be pushed into this ridiculous situation... lord only knows. I stopped when they were interviewing the nanny. I think that I could've tolerated this if it were set in say... the 1930's... or even the '50's... but to marry someone to save possible 'shame' that may be brought to their families because the son didn't 'do the right thing' by not marrying her?? Erm, choices anyone? Voices anyone? 21st Century anyone? I think mostly I am annoyed cos I was looking for a series to get into. And I am not even going to mention the appalling errors that happily flowed through what I did read.
