I liked this slightly more than Spoiler Alert, but it was still just kinda meh. I love Alex, and Lauren was good too. I just feel kinda neutral about the book, and I have loved most of Olivia Dade's books minus Spoiler Alert so maybe it's the series I don't care for.

3.5 Was so looking forward to diving into this universe even after barely finishing book 1. Loved their banter and chemistry but had major issues with the way he described her physical appearance, to the point of being taken out of the book at times. With that said I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of pegging after so much talk of it

The second of Olivia Dade's Gods of the Gates romances, after Spoiler Alert, does not disappoint!! Alexander Woodroe is a charming, handsome, tall, strong actor with a heart of gold and ADHD that never lets him shut up or control his impulses. Lauren Clegg is short, quiet, observant and hired to keep Alex out of trouble. The banter is top notch. He's hilarious and snarky, she's has a sense of humor as dry as the Santa Ana winds. As they get to know each other we learn their humbling backstories, and laugh out loud on the road to them becoming soulmates. Full disclosure: I liked this one better than Spoiler Alert.

I had a hard time reading this book at first. It kind of dragged during its first few pages that I almost dnf’d it… But surprisingly, things have looked up towards the middle and the end part. Alexander Woodroe would definitely be my favorite part of this book! What a cute and funny character ughh I love him! I love the other characters as well and the writing style of Olivia Dade. Loving the whole AO3 World. I only have one more book left in this series and that better be good! It better top Spoiler Alert and this one! Hahahahaha. But anyway, this book had been a delight. Worth finishing! Don’t listen to the bad reviews on Goodreads saying that Alex and Lauren had no chemistry and that it was awkward between them during their hot/intimate scenes—NOT TRUE AT ALL! They had chemistry, spicy scenes between them were nice, and I loved their funny banters! Also loved Alex and Marcus’s friendship dynamic here! I saw more of it in this book compared to the first book. However, I did not see much of a glimpse in the present lives of Marcus and April (Mcs of Spoiler Alert) here in All The Feels. April was barely mentioned… It’s okay, though. I mean they already had their time to shine in the first book lol. To end this, I would just like to conclude that this was a good book two. Loved it! Loved the plus size representation and body positivity in this book and the previous one, as well as the psychological disorder visibility. Woke but not in a cringe or irritating way!
