Finally I did it!! It took me over six months to read this, because I didn’t care about it at all. There are waaaay too many characters, I had no idea who was who and also I couldn’t distinguish between most of them. (I read this as an ebook, and it would’ve been helpful to know that there was a guide at the end. ) I don’t like French, like at all. So that really didn’t help here.
I’m now done with this series, I just can’t get myself to read another 4? books like this. Paige is completely unlikable. People constantly betray her, she never sees it coming and it’s just annoying. Then she runs around Paris, trying to find allies. I think she does, but somehow that doesn’t help her or the plot at all.. so I don’t know what the point of this book was.
