I enjoyed how the poems were presented within photos. I enjoyed the simplicity of the haiku structure. interested in reading more by this poet although not enough to feel that he has made my list of top poets yet.

I love Tyler's work. He's the only poet I actively follow. Everything he writes is lovely and magical and feels effortless.

That being said, I had a harder time with this particular collection. Because each piece is a haiku, it's tough to really latch on to any of the poems, to really be captivated and sink my teeth into them, simply because they are each so short. When it alternates between longer pieces and shorter, I find that a bit easier to enjoy.

Please understand three stars is GOOD, the content is GOOD, it is simply a personal disliking of the formatting in this case. Still worth your time.

This is the first Haiku book and I really enjoyed reading it! I loved the creative aspect of it and how with each Haiku there was a photo or an edited background.

This is a wonderful little book with some very nice romantic haikus. I don't really read poetry, but I had seen this book on a "best of" list and it was a quick read, but it was beautiful.
