This book started off really well. Setting up the characters with their background and everything. I also loved that the author also painted a decent characterization of the supporting casts and not just the main characters. There were some funny moments and the road trip was well described. However, towards the end everything was rushed. I did not understand Rodney’s arc and why it was important to the storyline. I frequently found myself skipping through the pages to just finish the book after the 80% mark.
