Beautiful and sad exploration of poverty, motherhood, relationships. Love loved and will read again as there is so much to unpack. Def recommend.

I wanted to like this book, there were some very good passages and some beautiful writing. But there was no cohesiveness, it meandered here and there, not sure where it was going or what it was about. It was like someone puked all their thoughts on the page and said - there! you figure it out! I just kept thinking where was the editor? This could have 3 or 4 different books. Overall, I just wanted to get to the end of this one.

Of course, all just my opinion, but I don't recommend.
