Ich mochte die Geschichte um eine Familie und wie sie mit den Veränderungen in der Klimakrise zurecht kommt. Die Charaktere mag man nicht wirklich, aber das soll dazu gehören. Es wird sehr viel Alkohol getrunken und normalisiert,  aber auch das soll dazu gehören und finde ich nicht unrealistisch. Insgesamt eine nette Geschichte mit Gesellschaftskritik.

This book was outside of my usual reading habits. I like the occasional cli-fi, but I am only interested in those that are ultimately hopeful about the fate of the planet and human species. After two chapters, I hadn't given it much of a chance, but I just didn't have a good feeling about this one.
