There has only ever been one woman for Penn and that was Lowe.
Penn’s infatuation with Lowe was completely adorable, especially since it started when he was 5 years old. I liked that we got a little bit of the history, but did not spend too much time on it. I also liked that we could pin point when Lowe started seeing Penn in a different light.
My least favorite thing was all the extra information in the middle of conversations. Someone would ask a question and then there would be about 1.5 pages worth of just random thought processing or explanations before an answer was given. Towards the end, I honestly just started skipping all that and only reading the conversation part.

This is my first book my Lulu Moore and I really enjoyed it. The beginning was kind of slow for me with all the baseball talk but once the romance and smut started it took off and I was super into it. Loved Penn being completely obsessed with Lowe since childhood. Excited to read more by this author!

I can't express how much I love the men of the Tuesday Club!!! Penn certainly threw me for a loop on this one though. You get to see the romantic, flustered, and head over heels in love Pennington and boy is it something. Penn gets a losing baseball team, far from his dream with his dad of owning the Yankees but with Lowe by his side he might just be determined enough to make this terrible baseball team into something special. Lowe is a strong and determined woman who is set on starting her own business but somehow still allows her mother to run her entire life and completely oblivious to Penn's feelings in the beginning. They grew up together, she was his sister's best friend and barely spoke to her, she was sure he hated her, until she was sure he didn't! I highly recommend this entire series, the characters are wonderful, the men swoony, but I do have to say that I think Penn was the most surprising of the Tuesday Club.
