I struggled to decide on the rating of this book, it was really not what I expected.
On one end, it's impressive how quickly it makes you care and suffer with animals that are completely different from us and from such an alien environment. On the other, I suspect there is way more anthropomorphic behaviour. For that, I wonder if we really needed all that sex image and rape situations. Did we, really?
That being said, it's very emotional and an interesting twist on a story to show the climate change impact. I'm still baffled by some passages.
