I've read 3 of her books now. They are basically all the same.

I didn’t like the beginning as it seemed very like Cinderella and the evil stepmother but I really got into the storyline after chapter 2. Loved the ending of it. My favourite book of the series, so far anyway!

I was not expecting Benedict Bridgerton's story to be so cinderella-esque. Benedict meets and falls for the Woman in Silver, aka Sophie Beckett, at his family's masquerade ball only for her to then run off at midnight, resulting in Benedict spending years unable to find her while thinking he's missed his one chance at love. Very Prince Charming 👑

Benedict's refusal to take no for an answer did infuriate me throughout the book and again with the anger, wth.

I absolutely adored Sophie, though! Watching her grow and interact with the Bridgertons warmed my heart. Mama Bridgerton was amazing in this, and l loved seeing more of her character.

I enjoyed the showdown towards the end of the book, and I cackled when a certain someone got their comeuppance.
