*2.75 What I’ve learned from this series is that Brendan Reichs likes writing death scenes but never lets important characters die. Honestly, I’m disappointed, I liked Noah but he should’ve stayed dead, otherwise there is no loss from the destruction of the starship, and I know that a lot of other people died but they weren’t important characters. And Min is too strong to not get over Noah’s death and stay isolated doing nothing, she can live without a man, she already dealt with Tack’s death twice.

Interesting series from start to finish. Kept going in a lot directions I did not expect. I have a lot of respect for Brendan Reichs who essentially wrote three different genres in each book and made it work.

Ok, this one was a mixed bag, with lots of revelations that were accepted until more revelations proved them wrong. I think it was a great end to the series ultimately, but it also could have been a complete story ending with book 2. Don't get me wrong, I love that I got more and I certainly liked book 3, it was just continued in a way I never would have expected.

Thank you for technically bringing them back in the end too. I think it would've felt wrong if those 16 were the only ones that survived after all that, especially because it would have made how much they fought inside the Program to leave with all 64 of them feel like a waste.

I can't get over the weird crush-thing Noah had to Rose through most of this book (maybe that was just a "don't forget, this is still a teenage boy", but it drove me a little nuts, and felt unnecessary tbh). But his sacrifice still ripped my heart out, mostly for Min's sake, so it didn't completely ruin him for me.

Ultimately, this series was great and I'm very glad I finally pulled this off my TBR shelf. Thank you so much. <3

I really enjoyed this book. At first it was a little slow, but after I got into the plot twists, betrayals, and other surprises the book was hard to put down. Throughout this whole series I realized that absolutely nothing is as it seems. At the end of Genesis it seem as if everything had been explained, but that not true at all. Before the resolution every question that got answered only brought up more confusion and the need to know what was actually happening to Min and Noah’s class. Everything they thought they knew was a lie. This series has come a long way from two teenagers that got repeatedly murdered. I enjoyed this whole series and it has a really good ending, especially with a slight cliff hanger that leaves room for the imagination.

Really good trilogy that does not go where you’re expecting in any of the books! I would have liked to hear more at the end of this book about the location. That’s all I can say!
