Minnie and Owen. Loved these two and the slow pace their relationship took. I chuckled a few times at Minnie's inner monologues (especially at the personal narrator of romance books). All of these characters in these series standalones are becoming family. I can't wait to see what's next.

Andrea out does herself with every book I read. You meet Owen and Minnie in Tequila and Tailgates, and you just knew the story between them was going to be a interesting, fun, emotional ride. Owen is a pretty awesome and stand up guy, a little different than I saw him in book 1&2 of the series. I would have called him shallow, now, a gorgeous sweetheart! Minnie is a sweet girl who is willing to do anything for her family. But after her breakup, just wants to have some fun. Can she manage small town life and one of the playboys of the town at the same time? Although, this wasn't my favorite book of the series, I still loved it. This is a stand alone book and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this story. All of the gang is maturing and falling in love. Owen, is avoiding it at all costs. He wants to be the new Jameson.

Minnie came to town with a lot of baggage. She is a strong, likable character determined to make a new life in a new town. It was no surprise that Owen finally fall for this woman. Minnie is the real deal and perfect for Owen.

This was a page turner for me in part because I wanted to know when the other shoe would drop, when someone would pull the rug out. There was always some kind of drama going on.

Eeeeeekkkkkk Owen and Minnie's book!! This a slow burn at its finest. We already know going in that Owen isnt a relationship kind of dude he's more of a hook up and leave guy so when he meets Minnie at his job back in Tequila and Tailgates. You know its gonna be good cause you can tell Minnie has a different affect on him. Minnie is gun shy due to her last relationship. But god this was worth the wait. So so good even if i want to shake Owen. Though i loved seeing Dakota! Loved her book in Cherish Her..

I think this might be my favorite Country Road book. I enjoyed every minute of it. Martinis and Moonlight is the third book in the Country Road series, it can be read as a standalone.

I love Minnie. She is all about her family and isn't afraid to make sacrifices for them. I enjoyed seeing her come out of her shell and uncover her true self. Minnie is a bookworm. I love how it was shown throughout the book.

Owen is doing the best he can, but he has major momma issues. He is shown as an authentic guy that happens to look like a Greek god. I think he is more real life than your typical book boyfriend. It makes him that more special.

This is a perfect summer read. It make you want to snuggle up and tell everyone to leave you alone. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This is the best Country Road book yet! I loved seeing Owen and Minnie figure out their feelings for each other so organically! It's almost like watching a tv show or a hallmark movie series, where we get to catch up on the lives of all the people that we have fallen for since book one! It's so great to see Owen so happy and grounded! This is the third book in a series, but can also be read as a standalone, each book semi-focuses on one couple in a group of friends from a small town called Lexington!

I just love Andrea's inclusive style of series writing. She has a way of tying things all up together that are just one big mess to start with. I've known Owen since book one, when he was kind of just the drunk friend, who was a tad pervy, and never really seemed like the type to settle down. He was the forever bachelor. Then in Tequila, we got to see the more man side of him at work, along with his crush on Minnie as she came in to work for Jameson in the office. I don't think he ever really saw love coming his way until it slapped him right in the face.

In Martini's, I think I really fell for Owen, I think I've seen all sides of him now and he's such a well developed character after all I've seen him go through! I was really glad to get a lot more of Minnie's story - she was such a mystery before, although we knew she had a kid in her care. The weight of her story was unknown to me until this book, and It was so hard to read and realize how amazing and caring she is.

This book is definitely going up on the book shelf, I've re-read the first two a few times now, and this is one to add to that list! So good, and so heartfelt. It felt like real life, and I can't ask anymore from a contemporary romance.

When Minnie's (short for Minnesota) sister Dakota's hubby is killed in an accident and Dakota is seriously injured and becomes dependent on prescription meds, Minnie's life also changes as she steps up to help care for her 2 young nieces while Dakota goes to rehab.

Minnie quits her job, ditches her boyfriend (loser!) and moves in with her nieces. A new job, a new town, and her nieces. She's exhausted and doesn't have time to THINK about dating.

Some new friends, a hot coworker, and .... you'll just have to read to see what happens!

EDITING because - what do you do when a favorite character from this book is getting her own book very soon? You reread of course! I forgot how much I loved the Country Road gang. Cannot wait to read Dakota & Grant's story!!

This is book 3 in the Country Road Series but can easily be stand alone. In fact I had not read the previous 2 books prior to reading this one and absolutely had no trouble getting pulled into this book.

Minnie is the definition of giving it all for your family. She steps in to take care of her nieces while her sister is recovering in a rehab center. In the process she moves them into a different town, loses her own relationship (which I don't consider was much of a loss) and takes a leave of absence from her job. She is one in a million.

Through her new job with Jackson at his construction company she gains 'real' friends and gets connected with Owen. Owen had a rough upbringing. Basically hasn't been shown much love. He has no interest in a relationship. Doesn't trust them. He starts off coming across as a self center jerk. But as the story goes along I find myself getting more drawn to him. Personally, I think he portrays himself as self centered to protect himself from feeling.

I love how the author writes from both Minnie and Owen's perspective. I feel it gives the story more depth.

This book really played at my emotions. I felt the loss her sister was dealt, the struggles that both her sister and Minnie are facing, and the feelings that both Minnie and Owen are refusing to acknowledge.

I also felt the strength of Minnie when she's faced with the difficult decision to keep being a 'booty call' or to walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend that this book be a 'must read'. I do plan on going back and reading the first 2 books in the series as I feel it will add another layer of depth to the story.
