Wow, a conflict! And a catastrophe narrowly averted! I did not expect it from Mr. Lowell after the quiet of the first two books. Mind you, the conflict never grows into a nail-biting one, and the catastrophe is averted so quickly that it might as well not happened, but these new additions sure liven up the plot. I really liked it, and I'm looking forward to reading about further adventures of Mr. Wang. The ending was a bit bitter-sweet, with just a little too much sweetness - but that is to be expected in this series.

Love this series! So much so that I've read the first three in three days. I can't put them down.

Cute, not the most memorable of these stories but was a fun read and generally a good finale for the Lois adventures.
