This was a very sweet romance. Alexa, the head cheerleader has always had a crush on Martin, the star quarterback, but their paths when crossed always wreaked havoc between them. Their friends locked them in Martin's bedroom to have them work things out, and that is exactly what they did. Now, the two are happily in a relationship, but have other obstacles to overcome. They come from completely different worlds, Alexa from a privileged background with a witch of a mother, and Martin from a tough, poor background with a loving mother. They need to figure out how to make the two worlds mesh. I really enjoyed their journey to their happily ever after.

I was not thrilled with the narrator, Lynnae Stanwick. Her distinction between male and female voices was not different enough to make me know who's POV was being read. It did make listening to it a little frustrating at times, but the storyline prevailed.

Touchdown: A Bad Boy Sports Romance by Roxy Sinclaire is my first Roxy read and won't be the last.
This book was given as a gift from the author in exchange for an honest review.
This book features Alexa Hall, a rich
girl that's used to getting what she wants and Martin, the quaterback with dreams of making it big.
He wants her but is afraid she will reject him because he doesn't have much.
She wants him but thinks he's nothing but trouble.
This was a very quick, clean read. It is definitely a college romance with a happy ending. I enjoyed it. It is always refreshing to read a nice story without the smut.
I recommend this book as a quick beach read.

Story could have developed a little better prior to everything getting cozy between the H and h.
