I got this book out of a blind date with a book. Good, but it didn’t live up to the thriller vibes I expected. I wish the murder had been sooner. I had wanted it to happen early and then have a Clue-style mystery. The plot was still good and I liked the twists at the end, but it wasn’t the murder mystery I had hoped for.

This book moved fast and was hard to put down with its short chapters. Told from 5 different characters who all have motive. It kept me guessing until the end. A very mysterious setting too!

The twists and discoveries throughout were very well done. Wish the ending had been expanded/fleshed out a bit more.
