This book wasn’t bad but I don’t think I’d read it again.

I thought the author did a good job with setting the scene and having the suspenseful atmosphere I was expecting from a murder mystery.  However, I thought it was a bit drawn out.  All the characters being taken apart, not being as perfect as they once seemed was written well… I just didn’t care for most of the characters.  They weren’t all that likable and the drama was a bit predictable.

The narrators though, did a lovely job.  And with all the different characters they really made each character unique.

God damn this book was good! It’s everything I’ve been craving in a story and more. One of the first times I’ve ever been surprised by a twist! I’ll be listening to more from this author asap

OK, so this is a book all about drahmah, but I kind of love that, so...drama it is! Most of the people are terrible, but the book is well set (very cool Irish island) and the activity fast-paced and framed around a mysterious murder that keeps you turning pages!

A good read that made it hard to figure out who did it until the end. A lot of skipping back and forth in time. Would recommend checking trigger warnings.
