Really nice illustrations. Colors pop! Excellent primer for introducing the concept of critical thinking in a 20 questions sort of format. The book introduces one small idea at a time until revealing the "what am I" of multiple boat types. Perfect for the budding sailor! :-)

Surprise, it's a boat. Every single time. :-)

Very small children may rip the flap pages, which could make the book unreadable, depending on which flaps were missing, so adults should take care with leaving the book unattended around children prone to tearing, but the pages are sturdy enough to hold up to a toddlers regular rigorous man-handling ok.
