Good story.

Good characters. Interesting story. The flow is a little clumsy at times. Could use a proofreader. But it’s definitely an interesting story.

This was my first read by Laine, and she did not disappoint… Money Man will be the one I keep coming back to.

I am head of heels addicted to Kalen. Scottish and the way he calls Bailey Lass. Oh lord, I could have just have gobbled him up. He's the right amount of cocky, confident, and crass. I'm going to need me one of him.

Bailey, poor Bailey. She's been through so much, including being ruled by domineering men. It's left her thinking very little of herself. Just as she's starting to become her own and person, she smacked in the face with more heartbreak.

The worst part of this story is that it's a CLIFFHANGER! I could cry now because I so need the next book.

Thank you, Terri E. Laine, for allowing Haney Hayes Promotions to read and review for you.

Book Review: Money Man
Author: Terri E. Laine
FIVE STARS
Bailey and Kalen, Hot does not even begin to describe the way things start between the two of them. But let me just say ... it started hot and kept getting hotter and hotter. There is definately a mature audiences only disclaimer for this book.
The mystery and intrigue through out the whole story concering who Kalen really is and who the King brothers are will keep you turning pages and your mind wondering what is really going on here.
Great story and I couldn't put it down.

Move over Christian Grey

(Sorry Terri). Wow, Kalen Brinner (King) is hot! Like H.O.T. Hot! Not only that but he is Scottish and sometimes he even breaks into his Scottish brogue. Now, I have to say at this point that I am Scottish, but having the hero of the story coming from here, is so rare. I've really only seen this in other genres. Never once have I read a book in my preferred genre where the lead is Scottish. So this earned Terri E. Laine more points. Not that they were needed, because the story earned them all, in my opinion.
Bailey comes from a simple background and is shown a different way of life, by her best friend Lizzie. Then she meets Kalen... I felt Bailey was devoloped really well. She came into her own and made no apologies for it.
Kalen is an enigma to begin with. Then slowly he reveals more about himself, showing vulnerability and strength in the process.
Terri, you know I love you, but I may just love Kalen a wee bit more, but I can't hug him... So extra squeezy hugs for you the next time I see you!
