This was absolutely wonderful. I loved getting to read about Tessa, Will, & Jem again. ❤️ I also loved getting to see Tessa & Will's children and this novella makes me really excited about Cassandra Clare's upcoming The Last Hours trilogy that focuses on James Herondale. As always Simon & George were super enjoyable and I can't wait to read the next novella.

This one was fantastic! I loved that Tessa Gray was in it and that we went back in time during the story. I read through this one almost in one sitting. I’m starting to appreciate Simon re-discovering who he is or was!

THE FACT THAT JACE KNOWS ABOUT TESSA BEING HIS GREAT GREAT AND SO ON GRANDMOTHER NOW MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!! He gets to learn more things about his Herondale legacy and have a nice and wonderful living relative. That just makes me so ecstaticclarynathanwill's review

Another amazing tale from the Shadowhunter academy... Now I will have a Fangirl heart attack:
1. OMG JACE! I forgot how much I missed him and love him. He's so awesome!
2. TESSA! Seeing you again warms my heart every time and now that you and Jace have bonded!
3. WILL FREAKING HERONDALE! THE LOVE OF MY LIFE HAS RETURNED. I love you so much Will.
4. Jem, Gabriel, Cecily, and Jessamine! I forgot how much all you Infernal Devices characters meant to me. All the feels.
5. James and Lucie! I can tell I'm going to love you guys! Especially James!
6. George Lovelace is basically my spirt animal.
7. Simon's letter to Isabelle was all the feels and more. You are worth the wait Simon!
8. EMMA AND JULIAN! OMG I DIDN'T KNOW WE WERE GETTING ANOTHER LADY MIDNIGHT TEASER! I love their chemistry and I love them. March 2016 come faster!
